Oral Presentation Guidlines
The duration of oral talks/ short talks is supposed to be 10 min plus 5 min for questions and discussion. We kindly ask you to keep strictly to this time limit. Laptops and further conference infrastructure (video projection) is available in all lecture halls. We would very much appreciate if you could make use of these laptops to minimize delays and to avoid technical interruptions. Technical staff is permanently available in the session rooms to assist you.
Please note that presentation from your laptop will NOT be possible.
Important note (different presentation formats in lecture halls!):
Presentations will be presented in a resolution of
1280x800 pixels (landscape format, 16:10) in Hall C1 and C2
1024x768 pixels (landscape format, 4:3) in Hall A and Hall B

Poster Presentation Guidlines
Each poster will be displayed only half a day (on Thursday, September 14 or Friday, September 15).
Poster Session A & C:
Poster can be mounted from 08:30, should be mounted until 09:30 and have to be removed at the end of the corresponding poster session at 13:15; otherwise they can be removed by the following presenter or by the organizers.
Poster Session B & D:
Poster can be mounted from 13:45, should be mounted until 15:30 and have to be removed at the end of the corresponding poster session at 18:30; otherwise they can be removed by the following presenter or by the organizers.

There will be not guided poster tour but main authors are kindly requested to be present at their posters during poster viewing session for discussions.
Posters have to be designed and printed by the authors in DIN A0, portrait format (841mm wide x 1189mm high).
Please note: Poster printing is NOT possible on-site.
Please fix your poster on the poster panel marked with your poster permanent number (Permanent-ID). Fixing materials will be provided and distributed on-site in the poster area.
